Group Classes

These are the group fitness classes we have available.

Dave Ewanchuk’s Stretch, Strength and Cardio Class

Tuesdays at 9:30am Dave puts on a 60 minute group fitness class that incorporates a cardiovascular warm up, strength training, moving to the music, and mobility and stretching. You choose the weights, so the level of intensity can be adjusted.

Leslie Peers Teaches Thursdays at 9:30am

Her class includes a warm up, 20 minutes of cardio, followed by stretching and strength training. The class can be modified for beginners or ramped up for those who have been attending classes for years. Come along for some fun, to listen to a few old songs, to get a total body workout. Exercise has  irrefutable proven to improve the quality of life at any age. Everyone is welcome!

Tim Begley’s Circuit Training Classes

Thursdays and Saturdays Tim runs a circuit training class for all levels. Stations are set up for strength training exercises. There are always easier and harder options and it is easy to sit out from one round if you need to pace yourself. This is a 55 minute class on Thursdays and Saturdays at 9:30am.
